
Pakistan and China have inked multiple memorandums of understanding (MoUs) and agreements during a signing ceremony attended by Asif Ali Zardari and senior officials. The agreements span construction machinery, animal health, and medical technology.
Officials highlighted that trilateral cooperation under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor would promote construction machinery supply while exploring factory setup opportunities in Pakistan. A documentary on 75 years of Pakistan-China friendship was screened during the event.
Several organizations signed MoUs to strengthen collaboration, including Al-Hassan Trade Establishment, Sany International Development, and Henan Jialong International Technology. Additionally, a joint project for animal vaccine supply, including foot-and-mouth disease vaccines, and track and trace systems for livestock in Pakistan was agreed upon.
