Pakistan’s military reported on Thursday that it had neutralized 25 Israeli-made Indian Harop drones across multiple regions, including Lahore, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Attock, Bahawalpur, and Karachi.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), a civilian was martyred and another injured in Sindh’s Miano area, while four Pakistani soldiers sustained injuries in the attacks.

“This was another act of aggression by India last night,” said DG ISPR Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry during a press briefing, adding that operations to neutralize further drones are still underway.

Residents in several cities gathered early Thursday to witness drone wreckage scattered across neighborhoods. The incident follows the most intense escalation between the two countries in two decades.

Amid heightened tensions, the Civil Aviation Authority temporarily shut airports in Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore until 6:00 pm.
