During his visit, Field Marshal laid a wreath at the Jammu and Kashmir Martyrs’ Memorial and honored those who had sacrificed their lives in the struggle for Kashmir’s independence. Field Marshal emphasized that India’s actions, including human rights violations and Hindutva-based measures, had failed to suppress the resolve of Kashmiris. He reiterated that Pakistan would continue to raise the Kashmir issue at every international forum until it was resolved in line with United Nations Security Council resolutions.

The Field Marshal also inspected frontline troops and met soldiers deployed there, emphasizing that Pakistan’s armed forces were fully prepared to respond promptly and effectively to both conventional and hybrid threats. He directed that constant vigilance and full operational readiness be maintained to address any aggression swiftly and efficiently.

Upon his arrival in Muzaffarabad, the Field Marshal was received by the Commander of the Rawalpindi Corps, as reported by ISPR.
