Paris Hilton recently offered insights into her “painful” experience with Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) in an interview with hosts Michael Bosstick and Evarts Bosstick from the podcast Dear Media’s The Skinny Confidential Him and Her Show. The Zoolander star, now 44 years old, discussed how she had unknowingly grappled with ADHD, which can manifest as RSD—a condition characterized by intense emotional pain related to rejection.

According to Cleveland Clinic, RSD involves feelings of extreme emotional pain stemming from perceived rejection. Hilton revealed that she only learned about this condition after extensive discussions with numerous individuals who have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She explained that the condition feels akin to having “a demon in your mind” constantly delivering negative self-talk.

Reflecting on her journey, Hilton emphasized, “I’ve experienced so much personally—especially during the 2000s—with media scrutiny and dealing with ADHD along with RSD. It has been extremely painful.” The upcoming episode of The Skinny Confidential Him and Her Show featuring Paris Hilton is set to be released on January 26, 2026.
