Prince Harry Criticized for Combining Invictus Games, Meeting with King Charles in UK Visit

Prince Harry recently faced criticism from royal experts for combining Invictus Games event with a meeting with King Charles during his UK visit.

Ms Nana Akua suggested that the better option would be for Harry to only visit with the King, as he would receive tax-payer funded protection while inside a royal residence.

In an interview with GB News, Ms Akua detailed her point of view and criticized Harry’s actions as part of a crusade to destroy the British press, whom she believes he blames for his mother’s death.

She also noted that Harry has used his children as a bargaining chip to demand the highest level of protection afforded to working royals. However, the Sussexes stepped away from this role in 2019 for privacy reasons.

Ms Akua suggested an alternative approach where Harry could apply for protection for a visit with his family, specifically to see the King without promoting other causes. She emphasized that Invictus is a commendable cause and Harry should support it as an individual, but not use it as a photo opportunity to promote himself and his wife’s products.
