Punjab Introduces Case Flow Management System for Narcotics Cases

The Punjab government has approved a Prosecution Policy 2025 for narcotics cases. Secretary Prosecution Salman Ghani presented the policy aimed at effective handling and follow-up of drug-related cases.

In addition, the Criminal Prosecution Service Case Flow Management System Rules 2025 have been approved. The system is designed to strengthen the prosecution system and enhance efficiency in court proceedings.

These new measures are expected to ensure faster justice and better coordination in narcotics cases. The approved drafts will undergo further legal vetting before an official notification is issued, directing authorities to implement the new policies and rules.
