Putin Visits Kazakhstan for Key Talks, Economic Meetings

Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Astana on a two-day official visit. He participated in the meeting of the Eurasian Economic Council and the Eurasian Economic Forum.

A formal reception ceremony was held at Astana’s presidential palace, where Russian and Kazakh national anthems were played.

President Putin met with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to discuss trade, energy, transport, regional security, economic cooperation, and joint projects across the Eurasian region.

Putin praised Kazakhstan’s preparation for the upcoming session of the Eurasian Economic Council and emphasized that Russia and Kazakhstan continue active cooperation across all sectors.
