Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin is likely to visit Islamabad on October 14 to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Heads of State meeting, though the visit remains unconfirmed, according to diplomatic sources. If the visit takes place, he will be accompanied by a delegation, including a significant number of Russian journalists.

This potential visit follows Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk’s recent two-day trip to Pakistan in mid-September, hinting at continued engagement between the two countries.
