Jubilee Life Insurance, Pakistan’s leading private-sector life insurance company, has expanded its partnership with Sehat Kahani, the nation’s leading telemedicine platform, to introduce outpatient department (OPD) claims’ management services.

This enhancement significantly broadens the range of benefits available to Jubilee Life Insurance policyholders, who can now enjoy streamlined access to OPD Management services alongside their existing hospitalization coverage.

At a signing ceremony held in Karachi, Jubilee Life Insurance and Sehat Kahani reaffirmed their collaborative commitment to enhancing healthcare accessibility. Through this partnership, Jubilee life Insurance policyholders will benefit from a comprehensive, one-window solution that includes consultations, claims processing, cashless pharmacy, and laboratory services, along with 24/7 access to doctors within 60 seconds.

This initiative aligns with Sehat Kahani’s mission to improve healthcare accessibility and quality for individuals across Pakistan, making healthcare more convenient and comprehensive for Jubilee Life Insurance’s valued policyholders.

Speaking at the signing ceremony Dr. Sara Saeed Khurram, Co-founder & CEO of Sehat Kahani, stated, “This expansion of our collaboration with Jubilee Life Insurance into outpatient services builds on our successful inpatient collaboration. We aim to provide better healthcare options for our customers and make quality medical services accessible to everyone.”

Further Dr. Iffat Zafar Aga, Co-founder & COO of Sehat Kahani, added, “This collaboration signifies our commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery in Pakistan. We look forward to working closely with Jubilee Life Insurance to implement impactful solutions that address the diverse needs of patients.”

Also, Mr. Javed Ahmed, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, saying, “Our collaboration with Sehat Kahani has already resulted in over 200,000 successful consultations. We are excited to expand into outpatient services, providing comprehensive healthcare solutions to our policyholders. This partnership represents our dedication to improving the health and well-being of our customers through innovative services.”

Introducing OPD services will empower Jubilee Life Insurance policyholders to receive timely medical consultations and services without the burden of extensive paperwork and lengthy processes. By integrating these services, Sehat Kahani and Jubilee Life Insurance aim to streamline healthcare access and facilitate a smoother experience for patients.

This partnership is expected to address the growing demand for accessible healthcare solutions in Pakistan, particularly in the wake of the ongoing challenges posed by the healthcare system.
