Sharjeel Inam Memon, Sindh Information Minister, has declared a crackdown on unregistered vehicles across the province, with impoundment slated to commence after May 10.
Speaking at a news conference in Karachi, Memon urged motorcycle and car owners to register their vehicles promptly to avoid enforcement actions by the excise department.
Highlighting the potential links between unregistered vehicles and criminal activities, Minister Memon emphasized the need for citizens to collect their original number plates from the excise department to comply with regulations. He warned that any unregistered vehicle discovered on the road would face seizure.
