Sindh Food Authority (SFA) has deemed eleven products from Lotte Kolson unfit for human consumption after rigorous laboratory testing.
Director General Muzamil Hussain Halepoto has directed the company to withdraw these products from the market within three days.
The products identified are:
- Slanty Vegetable
- Snackers Hot Masala
- Snackers Pizza
- Twitch Classic
- Potato Sticks
- Cheese Ball Masala
- Cheese Balls Cheese
- Kai Korean Hot
- Kai Spicy Mala
- Kai Mala Wok
- Kai Korean Kimchi
DG SFA Halepoto emphasized the urgency of this action to protect public health, warning that failure to comply will result in legal action under the SFA Act.
He stated, “The safety and well-being of the public are our utmost priorities. These measures are essential to ensure that only safe and healthy food products are available to consumers.”
In addition, DG SFA has urged other provincial food authorities to take similar measures to safeguard public health by conducting thorough inspections and removing any harmful food products from the market.
The Sindh Food Authority remains dedicated to maintaining high food safety and quality standards through regular inspections and stringent testing protocols.
