The Sindh government has established a public helpline following the deadly fire at Gul Plaza to assist affected families and collect information related to the incident.
Officials said the helpline aims to facilitate citizens seeking updates on the fire and to help trace missing persons amid ongoing rescue and response efforts.
The public has been directed to contact the Deputy Commissioner South’s office for any information linked to the Gul Plaza incident. Authorities stated that the designated contact numbers will remain operational to receive reports, inquiries, and updates related to the emergency.
Families who fear that their relatives may be missing after the fire have been urged to immediately reach out through the helpline to support identification and coordination efforts.
The administration said the initiative is part of broader measures to ensure timely communication and public convenience during the crisis.
