According to the FIR documentation, a boiler was installed illegally in the basement of the hotel through an Sui gas connection that did not meet safety standards. The individual responsible for operating the boiler lacked experience, thereby increasing the likelihood of an accident occurring.

The FIR also mentions that prior to this incident, the hotel management had been warned and ordered to rectify security measures, yet they failed to do so adequately.

Police have registered these individuals under various sections of the law and are currently conducting investigations into the matter.
