Tina Knowles Praises Beyoncé’s Daughter Blue Ivy’s Talent at Beverly Hills Event

Tina Knowles, American businesswoman and fashion designer, finds striking similarities between her grandchild, Blue Ivy, and her daughter, Beyoncé.

Knowles received a Gracie Award for her audiobook, Matriarch, at an event in Beverly Hills on May 19. During the event, she was interviewed by PEOPLE magazine.

Reflecting on Blue Ivy’s recent Met Gala debut, Knowles became emotional, stating, “She’s just like her mama because she’s a huge talent and very poised.”

The Met Gala, which took place on May 4, saw Beyoncé make her debut at age 14. Her daughter, Blue Ivy, also attended the event in a white strapless Balenciaga gown with Jimmy Choo stilettos, accessorized by sunglasses.
