Ukraine seeks Turkey for Zelenskiy-Putin meeting
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has asked Turkey to host a meeting between President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and Russian President Vladimir Putin. This comes as Kyiv attempts to revive stalled peace talks.
Sybiha stated that Ukraine is open to considering any location other than Belarus or Russia for the meeting, aimed at accelerating the resolution of the over four-year conflict.
Belarus, a close ally of Russia, allowed Moscow to use its territory during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
