American investor Gentry Beach has announced plans to invest billions of dollars in Pakistan, dismissing misconceptions about the country and criticizing the Biden administration’s approach toward Islamabad.

Heading a delegation of US investors, Beach emphasized that his visit was solely for business, with key areas of interest including minerals, energy, and real estate. He praised former US President Donald Trump’s economic policies, expressing optimism about a new era of global prosperity and alignment between Pakistan and the US under future leadership.

Addressing concerns over Richard Grenell’s recent controversy involving a deepfake video related to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, Beach suggested Grenell had been misled. He also acknowledged Pakistan’s sacrifices in the fight against terrorism and reiterated American recognition of these efforts.

Beach clarified that his investment plans were independent of US government policies and stressed his commitment to improving housing accessibility for Pakistanis.
