Stewart McLean, a Virgin River actor, is believed to have died from homicide after being missing for several days. Fellow performer Jeff Seymour, a close friend of McLean, spoke about the situation in chilling detail.
Seymour noted that McLean’s absence was highly unusual as he was known for his reliability and discipline. “He was meticulous about everything and there would be no chance he blew it off or slept too late,” Seymour told Canadian Press. “As soon as I heard he didn’t make it on Saturday morning, I knew there was big trouble.”
Seymour had last seen McLean in Los Angeles weeks before the incident. He described McLean as a straight arrow who was not involved in dangerous activities and was well-liked by everyone.
Seymour also shared a tribute to McLean on social media, recalling a recent trip along Mulholland Drive where McLean was singing songs from the 1960s and 1970s.
McLean, aged 45, was first reported missing on May 18 after he was last seen at his home in Lions Bay on May 15. His remains were later found in the same area, leading police to continue their investigation into the case as a suspected homicide.
