Zimbabwe Clinch T20 World Cup Victory Over Oman

In a thrilling T20 World Cup encounter, Zimbabwe emerged victorious over Oman with eight wickets in hand. The match was marked by exceptional performances from the Zimbabwean bowlers, including Blessing Muzarabani, Brad Evans, and Richard Ngarava who each claimed three wickets apiece.

Zimbabwe’s chase of 103 runs was swift and efficient, particularly credited to Tadiwanashe Marumani with his 21 runs. Brendon Taylor contributed a solid 31 runs along the way, leading Zimbabwe into an impressive total of 104 in their 14th over.

In another match in Group C, Scotland had a commanding performance against Italy. The Italian team struggled to make it past their target as they were all out for just 104 runs when up against 208 required.

Pakistan’s preparations for the tournament continued with its second game of the World Cup set for Tuesday, where Pakistan will face off against the United States.
