The initiative aims to provide domestic and international travellers with seamless access to SIM activation, high-speed mobile data services, and real-time customer support upon arrival at one of Pakistan’s busiest aviation hubs.

The launch marks the expansion of Zong’s industry-first airport facilitation model, following its successful deployment at international airports in Islamabad and Lahore. The initiative underscores the company’s commitment to enhancing customer experience through next-generation connectivity solutions while supporting the country’s broader digital transformation agenda.

The dedicated facilitation desk will strengthen the airport’s digital ecosystem by ensuring uninterrupted connectivity for passengers. Building on this momentum, Zong plans to further expand its airport presence through kiosk deployments at Peshawar and Multan airports.

As part of its broader technology roadmap, Zong continues to advance diversified digital products and services that address the evolving connectivity needs of consumers and enterprises. The initiative also reflects the company’s growing focus on AI-enabled solutions, aimed at delivering smarter, more efficient, and connected travel experiences in line with the vision of a Digital Pakistan.
