In recent days, Pakistan has seen a steady flow of its citizens returning home through the Gabd Remdan border amid heightened regional tensions. As conflicts between Iran and Israel escalate, nearly 1,000 people have already crossed into Pakistani territory in just over two weeks.

This repatriation trend continued unabated on Monday with 42 individuals entering Pakistan, including 15 students, after spending time in Iran. The group also comprised five Iranian nationals, six pilgrims, and eight tourists. Local officials reported that since the start of this process, nearly a thousand people have returned to their homes via the border.

These numbers represent an ongoing exodus from Iran as citizens seek refuge amidst rising regional conflicts. Beyond Pakistan, numerous other nationalities are also leaving for their homelands in response to these tensions. The situation underscores how global geopolitical events can profoundly affect individual lives and communities within affected nations.
