Former US Navy Admiral Tim Gallaudet claims non-human intelligence rules Earth’s oceans, according to an interview with Popular Mechanics. In 2015, while aboard a Navy F/A-18 aircraft off the US east coast, he witnessed a UFO during what was termed a “Go Fast” sighting. The object appeared as a white dash on his screen and moved at speeds defying known physics.
Gallaudet explained that such speed is beyond human engineering capabilities in both water and air. He believes these craft are controlled by high-order intelligence not belonging to the natural world, including plant and animal kingdoms.
This isn’t Gallaudet’s first time making such claims; earlier this month, a former Navy Oceanographer with 32 years of service warned that higher order intelligences from outside our understanding are visiting and surveilling us frequently in both airspace and waters. He has testified before Congress in 2024 and 2026 for greater transparency on military sensor data.
