In a shocking case of animal cruelty, a camel was discovered dead at Morjhango turn in Kunri, Sindh, with all its legs amputated. Private news channel’s footage showed the lifeless camel, prompting widespread concern and condemnation.

Abdul Rashid, the camel’s owner, expressed his distress and confusion, stating, “We don’t know anything yet… we’ll decide what steps to take next.” He refrained from accusing anyone at this stage.

This incident follows a similar case earlier this month, where a camel named Kemi had its leg amputated by a landowner after wandering into an agricultural field in Mundh Jamrao. The brutality of that incident, which occurred on June 14, led to public outrage after videos surfaced on social media, prompting provincial authorities to take action.

These consecutive incidents highlight a disturbing trend of animal cruelty in the region, calling for urgent measures to protect animals and enforce stricter penalties against perpetrators.
