Arsenal clinched their first English title in 22 years with a 2-1 win against Crystal Palace on Sunday. The victory, which saw Gabriel Jesus and Noni Madueke score for the Gunners, sealed seven points’ gap from second-placed Manchester City.

The trophy presentation was an emotional affair, as Captain Martin Odegaard lifted the Premier League title in front of thousands of ecstatic fans at Selhurst Park. Arteta was carried off on players’ shoulders before heading to his post-match press conference, where he expressed pride and joy over their achievement.

This victory marks a significant milestone for Arteta, who had previously doubted Arsenal’s ability to win the league following three runner-up finishes. The manager is now focused on winning the Champions League, stating that the trophy will bring confidence and energy to the team but also an increased responsibility.

Arsenal face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final in Budapest on Saturday, with Arteta believing his side can defeat PSG if they use their positive momentum from the Premier League title win.
