“While new projects emerge worldwide, Burj Azizi is a once-in-a-generation achievement,” said Mr. Azizi. “It is not just about its record height—it represents Dubai’s leadership in engineering and design.”

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 131+ story tower is slated for completion in 2028. It will feature a mix of residential, hospitality, retail, and entertainment spaces, including an ultra-luxury mall and high-end apartments. Every 20 floors will house exclusive amenities such as pools, a gym, a spa, and dining options.

The tower will also boast a seven-star hotel with themed suites inspired by global cultures, an exclusive Emirati restaurant, and a luxury ballroom. It is set to break multiple records, hosting the world’s highest observation deck (level 130), hotel lobby (level 111), nightclub (level 126), restaurant (level 122), and hotel room (level 118). A dedicated museum will showcase its development journey.

Acknowledging Dubai’s leadership, Mr. Azizi extended gratitude to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and local authorities for their support. “Burj Azizi is more than a skyscraper—it is a tribute to Dubai’s global stature and a lasting legacy,” he said.
