In Charsadda, Bacha Khan University has dealt with a severe disciplinary action against four pharmacy department students who sang the Indian national anthem on campus premises and posted it online. The event took place two days ago, when these students performed the song alongside chanting slogans that were perceived as anti-state.

University authorities have condemned this act, considering it a violation of both university and hostel regulations for raising such slogans within campus boundaries. They also viewed the students’ actions as an attempt to instigate unrest and undermine national unity.
