Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem reopens after a 40-day closure. Early morning access is now allowed for worshippers as Israel also announces reopening of other holy sites in the city.

Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti stated that Balochistan stands with the oppressed and no ideology can be imposed through force, citing Article 5 of the Constitution which teaches unconditional loyalty to the state. He warned against misleading youth abroad through social media using unverified historical references to create negative perceptions about Balochistan.

Bugti emphasized that youth are Pakistan’s hope and must defend the state on all fronts, including social media. He reiterated that violent actions or attitudes have no connection to balanced development. The CM also noted that previously protests would block roads for days but now highways in Balochistan are not indefinitely closed under protest pretext. Separatist elements will not receive any concessions, he added.
