Bank Alfalah Welcomes the 10th Batch of Management Trainee Program

Bank Alfalah, a leading commercial bank in Pakistan welcomes the 10th batch of ALFA Lead, Management Trainee Program. This year, the program saw an overwhelming response with over 7,100 applications, representing the Bank’s reputation as an employer of choice.

The shortlisted 18 talented graduates will undergo a rigorous three-month training program, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their future roles. Upon completion, they will be placed in departments that match their strengths and aspirations.
