ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman, Barrister Gohar Ali, highlighted the urgent need for all political parties to collaborate in bolstering the nation’s defense and improving the current state of politics. Speaking at a press conference outside the Supreme Court on Tuesday, he emphasized that even those who garnered 30 million votes have not received the justice they deserve.

“The court is supposed to provide justice,” Barrister Gohar said, noting how this sentiment has resonated within his party. “However, the party’s reservations regarding ‘Imran Khan Release Force’ are evident; consultations with various stakeholders have been initiated on this issue, and it will indeed carry political ramifications.”

PTI leaders express some caution over these developments but stress their commitment to upholding democratic principles. The PTI chairman outlined that while the Chief Minister keeps matters in the province under review, the party is keen on maintaining harmony across all levels of governance.

Gohar added, “We demand justice for our founder, and his health updates should be disseminated to his family promptly.” He clarified that their stance does not envisage any steps that could jeopardize democracy. Instead, they wish to secure his release through judicial means rather than resorting to unconstitutional procedures.

Throughout the discussion, Gohar made it abundantly clear that PTI will persistently voice its concerns in forums such as public rallies and demonstrations, ensuring their position remains visible amidst ongoing political challenges.
