Bhutto shared insights from his briefing with the Balochistan chief minister, highlighting their focus on providing financial support to women in the province. “Fifty per cent of Pakistan’s population consists of women,” he noted, emphasizing the crucial role of women’s economic participation in stabilizing Pakistan’s economy.

The PPP chairman criticized the government’s dismantling of national institutions while praising his party’s efforts to support the poor through green energy initiatives. He acknowledged the unique challenges facing Balochistan after receiving a detailed briefing on the region’s law and order situation.

Expressing satisfaction with his visit to Balochistan, Bhutto commended the chief minister’s scholarship initiative and the increased representation of women in local projects. “This scholarship programme can help young people pursue their studies and advance,” he stated.

Bhutto also highlighted the PPP’s progress in Sindh and expressed his party’s commitment to improving Balochistan’s health system. He noted the chief minister’s decision to increase the province’s health budget as a positive step.
