Senator Waqar Mehdi met PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari at Bilawal House. The discussions revolved around political and organizational issues in Sindh province, as well as preparations for upcoming cantonment board elections.
Bilawal directed Mehdi to enforce organizational discipline within the party in Sindh. Development projects were also highlighted, including four community halls constructed in PS-11 and a sports complex for indoor games.
The Kemari Food Street project has received positive public response, while Queens Family Park in Sultanabad was completed by Maripur Town authorities. In Sukkur, hundreds of public complaints are being addressed through the Sindh Chief Minister’s Public Complaint Cell, and the Sukkur Municipal Corporation is fully digitalized. A clean drinking water project under a public-private partnership benefits around 650,000 people across 100,000 households.
