Bo Levi Mitchell, the Tigers’ quarterback, left the field in an ambulance after sustaining a lower-body injury during a sack by Jake Ceresna. His foot appeared trapped beneath the Winnipeg defender.

Mitchell’s performance before the injury was impressive, completing 18 of 29 passes for 228 yards and one touchdown. He had thrown for 879 yards, eight touchdowns, and one interception in Hamilton’s first three games. After being taken off the field, he confirmed that he would not return.
