Pakistan’s Cabinet Division Announces Work-from-Home for Red Zone Offices on April 22

All federal offices situated in the Red Zone will operate under a work-from-home arrangement on April 22. This directive was issued by the Cabinet Division of Pakistan.

Officials clarified that while offices won’t be closed, work will continue remotely from residences. Special instructions have been given to ministries, divisions, and government departments operating within the Red Zone.

All officers and secretariat staff are directed to remain on standby at their stations, with immediate reporting required if needed. Authorities also emphasized informing the public through media channels about this revised working arrangement.
