CDA Achieves Record Revenue of Rs 52 Billion for FY 2023-2024

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has achieved a record revenue of Rs 52 billion for the fiscal year 2023-2024, the highest in its history.

Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa attributed this success to special measures taken on the directions of Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi. The CDA collected Rs 7.9 billion in May and June alone.

The previous highest revenue was Rs 47.6 billion in FY 2021-2022, with the target for FY 2023-2024 set at Rs 41.8 billion. The CDA surpassed this target by 23% through effective strategies focused on alternative revenue sources rather than selling assets.

Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi congratulated Chairman Randhawa and his team for their dedication and commitment, expressing hope that the CDA will continue this momentum in the current fiscal year.
