CDA Launches Open Auction for Commercial Plots in Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has officially kicked off an open auction for commercial plots in Islamabad, offering a prime opportunity for investors. The auction, taking place at the Gandhara Citizen Club in F-9 Park, will run until October 3.

A variety of commercial plots are up for grabs, including those in sought-after areas like the Blue Area. The plots available include spaces designated for motels, apartments, and Class Three shopping centers.

The auction is being supervised by a committee led by the Member Finance, ensuring a smooth and transparent process. Investors are encouraged to participate in this promising chance to tap into Islamabad’s expanding commercial real estate market.
