A judicial magistrate court in Karachi has denied bail to Natasha Danish, the driver involved in a fatal accident on Karsaz Road. The ruling came after a medical report indicated that she was under the influence of methamphetamine at the time of the incident.

On August 19, Danish was driving a speeding Toyota Land Cruiser when she collided with three motorcycles and another car, resulting in the deaths of 60-year-old Imran Arif and his 22-year-old daughter, Amna. The crash also left three others injured, prompting police to arrest Danish and charge her with manslaughter.

In a separate case, Danish faces charges under Section 11 of the Prohibition (Enforcement of Hadd) Order of 1979, related to drug use. Although she was granted bail last week after the victims’ family expressed forgiveness and withdrew their objections, the recent court decision reflects ongoing legal complications.
