Dar Highlights Proactive Diplomatic Efforts in Regional Developments

Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar met in Islamabad on Wednesday. The meeting was chaired by him at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It reviewed regional developments and recent diplomatic efforts.

Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch briefed Dar about regional matters. This included ongoing diplomatic activities.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif left for Saudi Arabia. His visit is part of a three-country tour from April 15-18, 2026.

Dar will meet with the leadership of both countries in Riyadh. Discussions will include bilateral cooperation and regional peace.

The prime minister’s visit to Turkey is also planned. He will attend the Fifth Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
