Duchess Sophie inaugurated the Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Veterans Centre at Royal Hospital Chelsea in London. The royal family’s statement on Monday highlighted that this new centre will offer veterans a space for socializing, staying active, and building friendships.
During her visit, Duchess Sophie toured the facility and met with veterans benefiting from the Chelsea Pensioner Veterans Outreach Programme. These retired British Army veterans reside at the Royal Hospital Chelsea in London, an historic institution dedicated to providing care, camaraderie, and support to those who have served their nation.
