Eugenie, Beatrice receive fresh royal warning from expert

Recently, Princess Eugenie and her younger sister Beatrice have been receiving a renewed warning from royal expert Helena Chard of their precarious position within the British monarchy following Beatrice’s withdrawal as patron of a charitable organization. Speaking to Fox News Digital, Chard highlighted how Beatrice had attended a meeting involving Andrew, the Duke of York, in an ostensibly caring role prior to the “Newsnight” interview with her father.

Chard’s concerns were exacerbated by public sentiment, noting that patience among the British populace is “well and truly frayed,” which could prevent both sisters from maintaining their visibility within the royal family. She explained, “The general consensus is we won’t be seeing much of Beatrice and Eugenie in the United Kingdom. However, their royal status will still exist within certain circles; it’s just not part of U.K. royal circles anymore.”

Another expert, Hilary Fordwich, echoed these sentiments, emphasizing a strong anti-York sentiment in Britain, evidenced by recent polls. “There is a great degree of anti-York sentiment here,” Fordwich stated. “Her credibility and any future work for charities hinges on her distancing herself from Andrew’s scandals. She will be sidelined from all future royal engagements.”

This week, The Daily Mail reported that Eugenie has stepped down as patron of an anti-slavery charity, further highlighting the challenges faced by the younger sisters. Their diminished public role underscores the evolving landscape of royal engagement and scrutiny in contemporary Britain.
