Authorities arrested a suspect, identified as Sohail Ahmed from Karachi, who was attempting to board Saudi Airlines flight SV723 for Saudi Arabia. During immigration profiling, officials became suspicious due to Ahmed’s frequent overseas travel within short intervals.

A detailed search of his checked-in baggage revealed a substantial quantity of cigarette cartons and saffron-flavoured tobacco products, along with other smoking-related items intended for illegal transportation abroad.
