Four individuals lost their lives in a tragic stabbing incident that unfolded early Tuesday morning at a residence in Key Peninsula. Law enforcement was first notified at 8:47 am when authorities received a report alleging a breach of a no-contact order at the property.

Deputies from the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office were en route to deliver the document, only to be met with shocking circumstances. According to witnesses, they discovered someone attacking people outside the home before arriving on scene. Just as deputies arrived, gunshots rang out, prompting immediate action by local authorities.

By the time emergency personnel reached the site, three victims had already been found dead at the premises. A fourth person was later identified and taken to a hospital but succumbed to their injuries despite medical intervention.

The 32-year-old male suspect who carried out the attack was also killed in a confrontation with law enforcement officials. Deputy Shelbie Boyd of the Tacoma Police Department shared this grim news, emphasizing that authorities are still working on officially identifying all those involved in this harrowing incident.

Despite efforts to ascertain details about the suspect’s connections to the victims, it remains unclear whether they knew each other or if there was a personal relationship between them. An investigative team is now leading efforts to uncover the full circumstances surrounding this tragic event and bring answers to light.
