Govt Decides on Commercial Courts Legislation

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has constituted an eight-member committee headed by Azam Nazeer Tarar to prepare legislation for establishing commercial courts across Pakistan.

The committee includes Mansoor Usman Awan, Bilal Azhar Kayani, and Secretary of Law.

Their task is to prepare recommendations and a legislative framework for the creation of commercial courts. They are required to submit their report to the Prime Minister within 45 days.
