The government of Pakistan has declared February 8 a national day of mourning to coincide with the funeral of Prince Karim Aga Khan, the spiritual leader of the Ismaili Muslim community.

A government notification confirmed that flags at all government buildings across the country would be flown at half-mast on the day.
