The National Assembly’s Standing Committee on IT, chaired by Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunication Syed Amin Ul Haque, discussed the upcoming launch of a secure communication app for government employees during a meeting on Tuesday.

Haque revealed that the app, developed two years ago as an alternative to WhatsApp, is designed to ensure secure communication among government staff. He directed the Ministry of IT and the National Information Technology Board (NITB) to launch the app within three months.
