Diplomats from Gulf region met to discuss key issues.
They stressed that dealing with Iran’s proxies and missiles is crucial for peace. Any trade or investment with Tehran would be reversible if not in line with US deal terms, according to a joint statement by the ministers following a meeting co-chaired by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
The ministers also emphasized that lasting regional peace requires addressing all aspects of Iran’s threats, including ballistic missiles, drones, and support for proxies. They added that any economic engagement would depend on Iran’s compliance with agreements and cessation of destabilizing behavior.
