Iran’s Defense Ministry spokesperson stated that most of Iran’s missile capabilities were unused during its conflict with the U.S., according to Tasnim News on Saturday.

Gen. Reza Talaei-Nik claimed that a significant portion of Iran’s missile capabilities remained unused, as reported by the semi-official news agency.

Arguing that Iranian forces maintained control throughout the 40-day war, he noted, “Our forces maintained complete air superiority over the occupied territories of the Zionist (Israeli) territory.”

Regarding naval confrontations, Talaei-Nik claimed hostile warships repeatedly retreated hundreds of kilometers from the Sea of Oman in response to decisive actions by Iran.

Shipping through the Strait of Hormuz has been severely disrupted since the U.S. and Israel initiated a conflict against Iran on February 28, causing global energy markets significant disruption and raising concerns over prolonged economic damage.
