Iran’s Tabriz Airport Reopens Post-Conflict Damage Repairs

Tabriz Shahid Madani International Airport in northwestern Iran reopened on Saturday, resuming flight operations following recent damage caused by regional conflict.

According to Iranian state media, a spokesperson for Iran’s Civil Aviation Organization confirmed that all necessary preparations had been completed for the airport’s reopening.

Reports indicated that nearly 20 airports across the country had resumed operations after disruptions linked to tensions involving the United States and Israel. The airport in Tabriz also returned to service today.

Iranian aviation officials stated that the airport was affected during the recent conflict, with reports suggesting damage to the runway and control tower due to attacks on the city of Tabriz.
