Karachi has been rattled by a series of low-intensity earthquakes over the past two days, raising concern among residents as seismic activity continues to be felt across parts of the city.

According to the head of Karachi’s Tsunami Warning Centre, the Landhi fault line became active on June 1 and has since been gradually releasing accumulated energy. “Tremors are likely to continue for another one to two days, but their intensity will steadily decline. Citizens should not panic,” the official advised.
