Kate Middleton’s recent visit to the UK has been marred by tensions following Prince Harry’s arrival. Buckingham Palace rescinded their offer of residence while the Sussexes are in town.
The main issue appears to be that Kate, an incredibly forgiving person, feels a significant amount of hurt caused by Meghan over the years, making it difficult for her to forget everything quickly.
A source told Heat World that “Kate does want to see Harry and wants to do whatever she can to help the King,” but there’s no denying that Meghan being present complicates matters further.
The source also noted that if Harry was coming alone, “it would be a very different story.” Kate has always had a soft spot for him, but her biggest concern is Prince William’s reaction to any issues from Meghan’s camp.
William is against the idea of reconciliation and Kate cannot ignore his feelings. Despite understanding why Charles wants reconciliation and believing that Harry should have this chance, Kate finds it hard to stomach the idea of having to play nice with Meghan.
