Kim Kardashian has revealed she takes 35 pills daily as part of her wellness journey, according to an appearance on Amy Poehler’s Good Hang podcast. She explained, “I take, probably, 35 supplements a day… I spread them out three times a day…”
The reality star admitted she struggled with “pill fatigue,” which led her to stop taking fish oil supplements. However, bloodwork showed the need for its inclusion back into her routine.
Kim expressed preference for an IV drip over pills, stating, “I wish there were an IV drip I could do every day… The pills are just so big!”
She also discussed regular bone density scans with her family at a portable DEXA scan van. Kim revealed she had undergone a full-body MRI scan which detected a minor brain aneurysm.
Kim emphasized the importance of health checks, saying, “It’s just a good measure to go make sure that you always check everything… Health is wealth.”
