According to sources, he is scheduled to visit Insaf House as his first stop, where meetings with central and provincial party leadership will be held to discuss the current political situation and organisational matters.

Sources said the presence of PTI supporters at the airport led to severe traffic congestion on Shahrah-e-Faisal.

Meanwhile, the Sindh government has decided to allow PTI to hold a public gathering in Karachi. Sindh Local Government Minister Nasir Hussain Shah said permission was being granted for a rally at Bagh-e-Jinnah.

He added that Sohail Afridi would be welcomed in Sindh and that PTI was free to carry out political activities and hold peaceful public gatherings, stressing that no political party could be stopped from democratic activity as long as the law was respected.
